Deron is the President of Sports & Broadcast and EVP of The Rock-It Company, leading the Rock-It Sports division in North America and playing an active role on the global senior leadership team. Years of playing and broadcasting American football support Deron’s deep foundation of teamwork and passion for excellence. He’s responsible for managing day-to-day operations within Sports & Broadcast while contributing to broader strategic decisions at Rock-It. He is focused on driving growth, innovation, and ensuring exceptional service to our sports clients around the world.
 
Deron brings over 20 years of experience in the supply chain industry, holding a series of senior management roles, including at fractional private jet provider NetJets, and as a founding partner of air charter specialist, Wheels Up.
 
Deron’s achievements include scaling operations, developing high-value client relationships, and leading teams to deliver top-tier services in highly competitive markets. Prior to taking on his current role, he served as the President of CARS, North America where he led the successful integration of Cosdel into CARS under Rock-It.
 
In the past, Brown was a walk-on football player at The Ohio State University, which instilled in him the determination and grit necessary to overcome challenges and achieve success.
 
His extensive network within the college and professional sports landscape, coupled with his ability to engage high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, underscores his aptitude for cultivating valuable connections and working in a team-first environment.
